Commercial development along Dar-es-Salaam’s Maktaba Street.
A modern commercial building which included restaurants, shops, offices, and multiplex cinemas for cyclone properties Ltd. Cost of project USD $ 10 million
Additional Lab Centre for Heaven of Peace Academy. An additional science block consisting of Laboratories, Library and an Audio Visual Centre for the secondary school students of HOPAC. The project was completed in April 2006. Project Cost USD $ 1.2 million
NSSF Multi Storey Car Park. Project to house parking facilities and a gymnasium for tenants of the William Benjamin Mkapa Towers (Mafuta House). Project Cost USD $ 1.8 Million
Muslim University of Morogoro. Design and implementation of a master plan for developments over the next ten years for the University, as well as adding a new Multipurpose Complex which was required to be an institutional building which combined modern and Islamic Architecture.
Project Cost USD $ 18 Million over a 6 year phase.
William Benjamin Mkapa Towers (Mafuta House). Coordination of completion of works and design and management of interior works for NSSF offices on all three wings of the 21 storey building.
NSSF Heart Institute and Executive Residential Housing for The NSSF and Heart Institute, on the ex Tazara site. Design and construction of serviced executive apartments, and a Tanzania’s first Heart Hospital. The project was completed in April 2006,
Zanzibar Holiday Resort. Design and construction private foreign investor along the south beach of Zanzibar Island.
Tanzania Airports Authority. Design for the State Reception building for the Heads of State and other distinguished dignitaries arriving and departing from the Julius Nyerere International Airport Dar-es-Salaam.

Joined Bowman Associates in Nairobi as a Senior Architect.
Responsibilities included design, project development, and presentation to clients.
Uganda Telecom Head offices in Kampala. Design proposals for the development of about 5000 sqm to house UTL offices, UTL customer care department and other commercial premises as well as retail outlets.
Kenya Airways Hanger. Design and construction for a new hanger for the Kenya Airways Boeing 777 at the Kenya Airways Aero department in Embakasi. The New Hanger is an icon building for The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport visible form the passenger terminals and runway.

Unimix Process Plant for Nutro Manufacturing EPZ Ltd. Design and construction of a high protein food processing plant, including ware houses, administration building and other process related buildings.
The Nairobi Business Park at the Ngong Race Course, Nairobi. Project Architect for the completion processes of construction of one of Nairobi’s most modern business parks.

IMATC- International Mine Action Training Centre. Design and construction of large scale development supported by the British Peace Support Team in Embakasi, Nairobi. This project involved designing and construction a training camp including accommodation, mess halls, libraries, and warehouses for the purpose of training and specializing in mine action.
National Museums of Kenya, Museum development for Nairobi. Design and presentation for additional buildings, and the refurbishment of existing buildings at the national museum in Nairobi.
The Ministry of Finance, Kigali, Rwanda. Design for a competition for the headquarters for The Ministry of Finance of Rwanda. The project was awarded to Triad Architects on merit of cost, feasibility and functionalism of the scheme.
Jamii Bora Housing. Design of master plans and individual units for a low cost development scheme for 2000 low cost housing units on the banks of the Athi River on the outskirts of Nairobi.
Nation Centre interior refurbishment. Design and construction of interiors for the refurbishment Nation Offices, Nairobi
International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) interiors, Nairobi. Design and construction for the refurbishment of IPPF offices in Madison House, Nairobi
